Photo Gallery
Welcome to our Photo Gallery which we hope to keep regularly updated as time allows. Here you will find vintage, classic and modern tractors all hard at work along with many items of other farm machinery. Apart from some archive pictures we will throw in now and again the pictures will be the latest we have taken and follow the seasons. As space is limited each gallery will disappear after a week or so in favour of new items - so visit as often as you can!

Ok so the weather has not been that great of late, but the winter can give some good photographic opportunities. Mind you for farmers it can be much more of a problem rather than a blessing. With a late sugar beet harvest it has taken rather longer than normal to clear the fields and this means that the following winter cereal crop is being drilled rahter later than desired which is why this farmer had to resort to two tractors on his five furrow plough - a JCB Fastrac 2140 pulling the John Deere 6920S - but at least it kept the plough going in some rather atrocious conditions and also meant that the wheat could be sowed by the Case IH Magnum 310 following up with an Amazone combination drill. For us though, the snow meant that we could get some good pictures of our Leyland 472 collecting firewood during the first real cold snap of the winter.
The Doe Show celebrated its 50th birthday this February and the company really pulled out the stops with a large selection of classic tractors on display outside the main sales building as well as some interesting tractors out in the working plots along with the latest New Holland T7070, T6090 and Case IH Puma 225 CVX and Puma 155. Wet weather meant that not all the working demonstrations were possible but it still proved to be a very enjoyable three days.
As well as the impressive line-up of second hand tractors a New Holland hydrogen powered concept tractor was also on display along with a specially painted Case IH Maxxum 140 which was auctioned off to raise funds for the Myeloma UK cancer charity. Out on the fields a Fordson Dexta and Power Major joined four iconic Doe products, a Triple D, Doe 130, Doe 150 and the incrediably rare six cylinder Doe D5100 - all seen in action turning over the wet soil.
